In my country we fry the breadfruit. Like banana fritters or tempura. Peel off the skin while its still green, slice it medium thin, dip it in the tempura batter & ready for deep fry.

Or slice it medium to thin, put some turmeric powder and salt, then fry it. You’ll have breadfruit chips.

@@ElysiaRaimondo you should. The chips is so good for snacking! The fritters are usually for tea time. I’m from Malaysia. I can see we share the same tropics as Costa Rica. The plants are similar too 🥰

@@ElysiaRaimondo Ahhh yes!! Durian for life 😍 Come on durian season so you can experience staying in the fruit orchard and wake up the next morning for fruit picking. Also mangosteen, they share the same season 🤤
