I've only seen Eggers' THE NORTHMAN but based on that I have high hopes for this film! My favorite vampire films are, in no particular order: 1.) Dracula (Universal, 1931) 2.) Nosferatu (Murnau, 1922) 3.) What We Do in the Shadows (2014) 4.) Shadow of the Vampire 5.) Horror of Dracula (Hammer Horror, 1954 I think?) 6.) Renfield 7.) The Last Voyage of the Demeter

Fact: Willem Dafoe did play max schreck in the documentary movie of Nosferatu (1922) called "shadow of the vampire " (2000).

In preparation for this movie, you gonna react the original movie of Nosferatu (1922). It's a great movie, me and one of my collaborators even review the movie in my channel and I highly recommend it.
