Guild Wars 2 isn't the successor to Guild Wars 1 that I expected. The gameplay is radically different, and I find Guild Wars 2's story to be a little lackluster. Oh, how I miss the Guild Wars 1 days!

I never played GW1 but daaamn i think Anet is losing a BIG opportunity to introduce a mix of gw1 GvG with wvw style fights as a competitive format.

nice one, although 720p quality would not have hurt (kind of "no full HD for nostalgia" since GW1 dosn't really need that) and for those wondering: Guild Wars 1 supports up to 1920x1080 in fullscreen mode and a resizable window as well as a much more customizable Interface then GW2 (I think almost every part of the interface can be selectively turned off, resized and moved however you want to - hence why I dont remember the default interface setup^^). damn, I should really play some GW1 again, still a bunch of stuff I havent done yet and more HoM-points to get but although its possible to do the whole game with NPC-partys its just not as motivating to play alone - especially since I want to continue leveling my lvl 9 prophecies character in the tutorial (some might know where this is going :D )

I played this game 10years, still love it If only anet could put a small team to update GuildWars :( we don't need new content, just skill updates to change metagame (PvP and PvESC)
