It's from a Japanese Arcade card game called Dragon Ball Heroes. He's basically just a Time Cop version of Vegeta. They have an anime. Weirdly enough this version of Vegeta never uses SS Blue, but it looks cool. EDIT: There's two versions of time cop Vegeta, this version usually goes SS4 and theres a second Super version that uses SS Blue.

I wouldn’t categorize these as bootlegs since they make their own things that don’t exist. More like fan art. Haha. Bootlegs would be those really bad duplicates of existing designs. But I understand what you’re saying. These are being built from scratch where the duplicates are often cast using the original figures

I have the figure and had the same issue, mine wasn't broken but the peg hole is deep in the shoulder. I took the arm apart to figure it out. So I pushed pretty hard and it snapped back in.

I've never had any kong products, but i have made makeshift joints before. I remember finding a very small nail or screw, and filling the hole with hot glue and coating the hot clue with a layer of super glue for friction. Or you could replace the screw with the good 'ol lego lightsaber rod.

Kong/Beast Deities always have had terrible QC. I own over 230 DBZ figures ( SHF, DF, Tonsen arttoys,Kong, Black Hole) and the only 2 that had a peg that broke were the 2 Kong’s I own ( SSJ 3 Vegeta and UE Vegeta). That brand, while quite innovative with the molds, is way overpriced and super fragile. DF is way cheaper and has better quality ( but super lazy with their release) and Tonsen blow them out of the water for figures around the same price. Beast Deities should either be cheap for the quality they give or keep the same price but have top tier quality. Right now it’s a lose-lose situation for the consumer.

Yes overpriced. Here’s why: Do they have more accessories than Tonsen? No. Are they more solid/better QC than Tonsen? No. Do they have more innovative molds? No (Tonsen made Kid Buu from scratch). And they cost the same amount of money. It’s factually overpriced compared to the other brands. Almost the same results if they go against DF at the exception that Kong are more innovative than DF… And none of these companies have to pay for the license, so it’s technically stealing and yet it’s more expensive than most official figures. And did I mention that they BREAK easily…

My arms also broke but It was very much my fault, Put em in hot water and instead of pulling the arms off I twisted them and the peg was soft enough that it just bent twisted the peg right in two. I contacted the seller I bought it from on Aliexpress and they were able to sent me replacement arm joints. Still waiting on them to be delivered but hopefully it works out

I got the Time Patroller one with the base and windswept SSJ heads, as well as the bonus white hair and jacket pack. Overall I really dig the figure, biggest complaint is those shoulder joints popping out. Always a pain to put them back in. The white hair set I believe is Omni God Vegeta, which to my knowledge is from a fan manga (don’t know which) where his royal blood line awakens this power. Might end up putting him on the shelf with that look and giving the base and SSJ hairs to legit releases. Still need a base Vegeta in his blue armor

Good luck getting customer service from 5k, a year back I had a piece break on me and I had to hound them through email and instagram for at least a month to get a response.
