Yeah, in the U.K. (from what I read via forums), it's not considered fraud if someone pretends to be a qualified and registered therapist and to see patients like it is in most of the U.S. and probably a lot of other countries (I don't know how to get that information), which is probably why there wasn't any legal action that happened post-show (based on the Wiki).

In a lot of reality shows they would isolate the people on there for long periods of time and they sometimes would let them get them drunk, where of course they would get drunk, because the situation they’re in is maddening, people saying they were being stupid cannot tell me that they wouldn’t act irrationally in those circumstances.

What gets me is just how committed they were though. Like this felt like a crime episode more than anything else. Like really having him study and find out how to add exactly like the prince like it’s giving secret agent, Cody Banks vibes. Also, this just sucks because I’m thinking about back in the day. I was a child so this would have nothing to do with me, but my older siblings and Aunt were definitely around the same age as some of these women, and honestly most of them had no clue about anything when it came to the Royal family like the most, they knew about Prince Harry was quite literally that he was just some redheaded British dude, who was like a Prince, that technically was never got to sit on the throne. So on that, and it’s not hard to believe that these women would not necessarily know who Prince Harry was or what he looks like I don’t think that was the error where Americans were as in to the royal family as they had been in the past and then how they ended up being more so in like the 2010s. Also, the show just feel so illegal like they had fake therapist. Apparently they were talk to the woman in gaslight them, even more into believing that this man was the actual Prince on top of that I’m pretty sure it was like a big brother situation, where they had no ties to the outside world meeting that even though they were in Britain, they really couldn’t see any of the news and shit so they wouldn’t know about where the prince actually would have been and sightings of him. Also, I feel like winning. This have been illegal in the first place because he would’ve been in posturing one of the royal family members. Why this was happening in England were they unaware was this something that never got brought up until afterwards which is probably why the show never came back like you’re telling me that it is possible for someone to just go ahead and have a show with someone impersonating a British royal family member and not get absolutely sued to the moon and back for impersonating royalty.
