Speed helps. But just make sure you are lifting your edge when going into the flow or when heading into the eddies

This was so cool to see. Thanks. We were there at New Years when we visited my best friend in Charlotte. They didn't have the water running (but did have the ice rink going). Hopefully we can get back there again (when it's safe to travel) when the water is running. And I need to keep working on my skills to be ready (this is my first year of whitewater paddling)
