I could totally see a use for this while off grid camping. How does the larger fan comare to the smaller one in terms of noise. I have the smaller m18 fan but it's pretty loud.

Actually, the larger fan I think is quieter because it’s moving more air at less RPMs

Makes better sense with portable water supply. Not being connected to a garden hose for water supply is best. No sense is a cordless power washer that needs to be connected to a garden hose spigot on a house.
