The FIRST STEP Act also included significant reforms to address recidivism, such as helping prisons improve their rehabilitation programs and allowing non-violent inmates to earn early-release credits for good behavior more easily. Thanks to this legislation, non-violent inmates will now be equipped with the professional and social skills they need to become productive members of society following their release. President Trump also understands that the foundation of economic success is a quality education. That’s why he signed a $360 million grant to support Historically Black Colleges and Universities last year - by far the most that any president has ever appropriated for HBCUs. Even America’s first black president, Barack Obama, never allocated that much money to HBCUs. These facts are undeniable, and I’m truly excited to help spread the word as part of the Black Voices for Trump coalition. President Trump has empowered African Americans throughout his presidency by implementing long-overdue economic and social reforms that have generated upward mobility in our communities. Their is a thing called due process. If there is reason to suspect a crime has been committed, a person can be arrested. If the DA or grand jury sees fit after an investigation they can hold the person over for trial. If a judge or jury of your peers sees fit they can find you guilty. If a judge sees fit he can sentence you to prison or probation. That’s how it should have gone down. It went down that way for the guy who killed innocent people in a movie theater and for they guy who killed innocent people in a church and for the 169 bikers who maimed and killed people, but they were all white and they were also all armed and also all took life, yet they got due process.

Meaning knowingly you going to commit sin before you phiscally commit the actual sin than acting on it. Attentionly living in sin is a sin. Having a heart that's harden is a sin. The Bible doesn't states what that group of people actual sins were but at that given moment they couldn't cast a stone because they wasn't striving in their hearts to live free from SIN!!!!! The HOLY GHOST and Sin can't dewell in the same body because Jesus is the HOLY GHOST!! God is a HOLY and JUST God Free from SIN!!!!! Pay closely to John Chapter 8:11 Jesus said neither do I condemn thee! Meaning He forgave her! Listen now too to the very end of that same verse John 8:11 KJV carefully!!!!!!
