All i can say is relax, just eat too much and sleep, sleep for 8-9 hours. Then get up. Then relax, relax, relax. Now think what has happened. Why this happened. Can you do something to improve it. if yes, then stop not till goal is reached. But is not, then why worrry. move on. You have to work hard, Do not think that shouting on god will help. No, you only have to rise and correct the mess.
