Amazing Rainn! As guruji mentioned, my belief is that by bringing our minds into the present moment, by consciously constantly telling ourselves that these are just negative thoughts and they’ll go away and by showing ourselves the same kindness that we show others when they are going through something traumatic can help a lot of people. People say happiness doesn’t last long. It may feel so because we open our minds and feel them. With negative emotions, we are so afraid of feeling them, of acknowledging that we can feel jealous and hurt and tired and numb without guilt that we keep on suppressing them until the dam breaks and everything falls apart

Haribol. Thanks for this platform for positive change. Yoga=yoke( cow). Religion=“religamenting”. If we can take the “modes” from the Bhagavad Gita, and use meditation ( DBT) to heal the generational trauma( karma), and raise the transcendental consciousness of all. Chanting the names of That which is All things, that is the Mahamantra, or whatever your understanding of the One, that we are all just a tiny part of. Transcendental harmonic resonance to increase consciousness for the betterment of all. Yoga is to “tune” your “instrument”, meditation is to connect with the highest frequencies of consciousness, then every breath, every movement becomes an offering of love and harmony with all things. Very difficult to retain, with the connection to the survival of the self, or the tribe, and not being included in the totality of Humanity.
