Lepcha, bhutia, Sherpa, yolmo they all have Tibetan roots isn't it? But are they all same? Also do they all speak same Tibetan language? I'm sorry my questions might be weird but I just wanted to know if they all share same language and culture.

Culturally the r quite similar. Linguistically a bit different. The script is all the same except for Lepcha.

My entire vlogs are either in English or Nepali. It won’t make sense to my viewers if I add Bhutia Language. It’s for entertainment not to promote any language or to give THUMBS DOWN 👎🏼 to Nepali Language. Sorry you don’t like the language but that’s what my views like about my videos.
