Hi Darcy, What a cleaver idea to do "Not a Vlogmas". This style is much more managable for me to watch. I'm currently knitting a pair of slippers for a Christmas gift. Love the swwet story at the end of your video. So uplifting. Your scarf is working up beautifully.

I have never tried the Russian join, but I’m going to look it up. I will have leftovers from my minis to make a scrappy pair of your socks. Thank you for sharing the sweet story at the end. Fun episode, Darcy! I’m on day 3 of the Songs of the Season Scarf (I’ve decided to make mine a scarf also….i think….) We know a large family who have been passing walking pneumonia around through all of the children. The mama and daddy haven’t gotten it but are weary with tending to the fevers and coughs and sick children. I took a huge pot of soup and lots of rolls over, plenty to last them at least 2 meals, so that the mama could have a rest. I’m looking forward to your weekly episodes!
