1. Fix proper wake up and sleep time( if u can't figure out ur sleep schedule sleep at 12 and wake up at 7) 2. 1hour study - 1hour break 3.1hour of revision at the end of the day. 4. Give 1 hour test daily 5. No phone policy during that 1 hr study. 6. Walk while studying if u feel lazy sitting at one place 7. Minimun screen time

I have been totally demotivated for the past few days..Can't study consistently, can't cover targets properly..Today I haven't been able to study anything..I didn't even understand what was happening to me so I looked at youtube thinking to watch some motivational videos..Accidentally I came across this video and I am watching your video for the first time..
