I usually "prepare early" by paying attention in class and finishing all the homework given. The things my teachers taught me tend to stay until exams. Until when it's time to revise on my own, I always fail to do so. In the end, I cram before exams. 😶 But I wasn't really able to recall what I crammed ... So my results either end up being average or worse :/

Pro tip: you should make notes side by side and teachers also sometimes say that "this is important" so you should always write these (Notes don't have to be aesthetic or clean or fancy) basic will do

For procrastinating peeps like me who are panicking rn, here. Tip 1: Review Past Paper Questions and write them down. Tip 2: Take advantage of last page of chapter. Tip 3: Use Grammarly? Tip 4: Short but Intense study *Take Breaks* Tip 5: Watch yt topic videos (For international exams. E.g. IGCSE) Open transcript(three dots near the save button) and change speed 1.5 Tip 6: DO NOT DO NOTES. U DONT HAVE TIME. Search the internet for them and cheatsheets. Last Tip: When you get your paper, go to last page. Write everything you remember. (Keywords, Processes, Formulas, etc..) Lastly, ty faye. I'm new to the channel but your vids help so much. You actually made me not procrastinator study for once XD

The last tip IS EXTREMELY helpful but my teachers here do not let us write anything on the exam paper until the reading time is over which lasts 15 mins before the actually exam starts 😭😭 Update: The rules have now changed and we can't write on the question paper until the end of the exam😍

Guys you're not allowed to write ANYTHING on the question paper. Please keep this in mind or else there are chances of you getting your paper cancelled. Instead write these key points on the last page of your answer sheet with a pencil. After you're done with your exam, remember to erase them or just draw a big diagonal line so the checker knows its not related to any of the questions you've answered. NOTE : I'm from India and if writing on question paper is allowed in your region go ahead and do the things she told :D hope this helped

I think that even people who manage their study time wisely should watch this video and implement everything given in here because personally, I think that doing this on Day 1 of preparation for an exam that is 2 - 3 weeks away would help to get through the chapters really really fast, and then after that a slow, more thorough, in-depth revision later on to set it in concrete, fill the blanks and potentially reduce the amount of required time to prepare for an exam.

Hi I usually don't reply to comments but yours hit home with me. I used to be just like you and suffered from anxiety and depression throughout high school, my grades dropped from being top in school to being almost last in class. On my spm trial, I only had 3 As, the rest of the subjects were filled with Cs,Ds, and even an F for Add Math. My class teacher at that time told us she's seen many miracles, many students acing their SPM in a short span of time and we can do it. So I woke up at 4am and slept at 10pm every single day for the last 2 two months and studied. Results came in and I got straight As, A- for add math tho haha. You can do it, trust yourself and grind hard. 💪

Heres a tip that i just love to use to save time in exam : when you get your paper write down the formulas and key words and anything that you may forget in the back of the sheet And then you should also go through the paper and ONLY check/tick the questions you know and is sure to answer And then basially just write down those questions Trust me this will save a lot of time

Usually I read aloud and explain myself as a teacher . I imagine that I teaching the students. It is very effective . I agree where we need to appreciate the last page of the topic and the questions at the back of each chapter because most of my exam questions, they referred text book questions and twist a little bit. Therefore, always do the text book questions and checked the answers to know the important keyword. Other than that, I do write what I remembered at the back of the page or front then erased it :)

I am astonished how the last tip is what I have always done. This started when I was in 4th grade and i couldn't think of an answer so i decided to write a couple of things related to the answer on the back of my paper thinking i would finally recall exactly what needs to be written and i did end up recalling it. Ever since then, i always write quick notes on the back of the paper before starting the exam for the same reason as her, to not forget, just in case. Edit: English is my third language, please exempt me from all the mistakes i might have made

I prepared for the exam since January. But I've got so caught up in having aesthetic notes, journalling and anything that 'that girl' does that I get soo burned out and demotivated. I eventually procrastinate and just grasping on before I fall into the pit of depression again. My exam is one week away, and though I have been studying daily, I feel like I haven't been getting any information in my head all because I cared about how my friends would love to see my aesthetic note taking with cute headers and tons of designs. The last tip sounds so effective and I'd love to try it but our tchr doesn't allow us to write anything on our papers bcuz they think that we are cheating :(

write it lightly with pencil on ur suppliment or just write it in small at the back of ur paper ...they dont allow us too but i write or do rough work on last page of answer book ....they wouldnt mind that :) hope this helps

The last tip actually works. I naturally started doing it for my human anatomy exams and I realized I actually forgot most of the information I wrote down by the time I reached the middle of the test so I had to check my list of notes I wrote down.
