Another great short and inspiring film David! One of your best! I really liked the addition of the monolouge voicing thoughts! This also had a fair few funny moments when Lotta was looking through the house with the knife. Great editing too!

Quite probably my favorite of all your work to date. Loved the narration, Lotta's character, and the suspense was built really really well.

Loved all of this! One shot I admired was at 2:28 when she’s standing in front of the decorative piece on the wall. Reminds the audience she’s the central figure here

Terrifying! I think it still continues the Lights Out Lady in apartment saga... Lotta was even more brilliant with many speaking lines! Great actress. How much more if she's to star in a full length film. i'm happy that you are returning to your roots again of short horror films. Thank you David Sandberg for another short horror masterpiece. This is another superb work that I think it topped the rest of your shorts. Looking forward for another sequel short of your apartment saga with Lotta.

Solid short, once again. Good for you on continuing to make short films. You inspire those who think that just because "you've made it" you need a 100 person crew to create a compelling movie, not so. You and your wife proved it once again.

I'm watching this in my dark room with only a dim light coming from my tv and computer and with headphones. This is terrifying me rn. Hearing the shakiness in her voice as she fakes talking to her husband really sells it. Even the jump cut to her opening the knife drawer scared me

Bravo 👏 Another stellar film from my favorite filmmaker! I loved the whip pan shot in the bathroom to show her thoughts and the out of focus shot of the creature in the corner built so much tension, it was amazing. I love that you took this further than you normally do with your shorts as well, taking us beyond when the scary thing catches the person and leaving us with thoughts about what’s next. The narration was an awesome way to hear her thoughts and it was done beautifully. Thank you for making these amazing films!!! -Zach

I really like this one. The 'Scream' style writing really makes it stand out from the other shorts and the camera work was PERFECT. This kind of stuff is so inspiring and the fact that this came out just a month after his last film is insane

Probably almost one of the smartest ppl in a horror short. But she should have got outta that house and called 911, and they could've caught that demon.

I'm I remember when I was a teen and alone in the condo. I would hear a noise and think the same thing. That someone was in condo, hiding. I would muster up the courage and check each room and look in places wherever I thought someone could hide. In the closet, in the closet on the top shelf, under the bed, in large desk cupboards. My mind went crazy with fear. In spots that I thought someone could squeeze in and hide. Of course, thank goodness also, I found nothing and it was all in my head.

Instead of the antagonist being a blind human with sharp teeth, that horrifying reveal in the bedroom, would've been truly horrifying if it was a demonic scary otherworldly "creature".

I love it more and more, everytime I watch this. Lottas acting performance is so awesome. The phone scene...or where she "freezes" on her phone and just acted this incredible gaze .^^ . And the way this is filmed is so good. I love where she walks around the house and looks for the Intruder. It's so charming. This whole short is just awesome. And scary of course :D
