I've been here since Lights Out development, it's still such an underrated channel -- though I do wish there was more content it's very understandable why there isn't. Happy for him.

It's rare to see this kind of stuff before the movie comes out. I think it help enhance the viewing experience when we see the final product.

Man, what a great pairing of story and teller. Can’t wait to see it and whatever commentary he might put out about its making. So cool to see more big projects from this director and love that he still keeps this channel up for all the small and aspiring filmmakers :)

I gotta ask, why did you guys decide to try to make it seem like a video game adaptation when the Until Dawn game is almost completely different? We have a new cast, new story, etc. sure we kept the Wendigo and bits here and there are lore related and you mentioned it was in the same universe… but I think it upsets fans more by trying to label it with the same game title and playing it off like a movie adaptation of said game. On a positive using the classic Groundhog Day with a group with be a nice change, along with using it as a way to show the style of Until Dawns mechanics for failing QT’s. My hope for me and fans of the game is that the trailer just doesn’t do it justice because then it would reveal too much. Still looks like a good movie though despite not looking like Until Dawn ❤

The game characters were modeled off the actors in real life who did the voice acting and mocap. Why not just make it live action and use those actors? Also this looks fucking stupid. It would be better off as a choose your adventure TV series with alternative outcomes prerecorded and then you get to make choice on remote orrrrr just play the game this dumpster fire of a movie is based on.

David, I gotta ask, who is in charge of making trailers? For an audience member who isn't familiar with the game like myself, this trailer looks a little too revealing. Are you in charge or does the director not have control over the footage used in trailers for studio movies?
