Re grass cutting, have you considered getting robot mowers. You may need a few to cover your new lawn depending on how often you want to cut. Definately worth considering,

The pine softwood boards they use now is fast grown carcass grade crap timber. You could ask for c24 which is slightly better . Our Kane trailer has chequer plate further back . Nice vid .

Put a steel plate over the repaired floor area when your finished Michael.

When you repair the two low loaders Micheal can you not bolt on a piece of checker plate over the repaired wood to help protect it some more?

You can buy a cheap level sensor if the trailer goes past a certain degree (rolled over ) the liquid in the sensor will stay in one place meaning the trailer as been rolled fix this to the chassis of trailer simple
