Id recommend it! If you are ships/vehicles person this is a solid choice, even for a guy like me who mostly likes space ships!

I think Hawkeye was left out because the set was based off of the thor Vs iron man Vs Captain America scene,where black widow was in the quinjet and Loki was still a prisoner but Hawkeye wasn't in the scene so he wasn't in the set

This set is based of the scene in the movie when Thor take Loki from the quinjet, so the minifigure is Black Widow in the cockpit, Loki captured by Cap e Iron man e of course Thor.

Why nobody talk about the major flaw of this design which is the fix nose. The original Quinjet can tilt its nose up and down for landing and take off, which give it the amazing atk look in many action cutscenes.

@@BlaiseTM In the movie "The Avengers" ( from 2012), you can see the Quinjet landing at the Aircraft carrier (about ~30 min into the movie) when black widow come to greet capten america. If you pause the movie when the Quinjet land, you will see clearly how the Quinjet nose is down while flayring the tips of the wings just like how a real bird land. Please, let me know what you think once you see it.

@@BlaiseTM Thank you very much for your reply! also, I am not sure, but I think the head of the Quinjet can move up and down in the old Quitjet set 6869 (Basing it from the instructions online). I bought the new set you reviewed in the video and I plan to modfy it somehow to have that feature - for me it is a must.

Great review man! The only thing I really hate about this set is that they didn’t include more interior deco and a hulk figure + no extra pieces for the stickers. I would have loved a new updated hulk with the new movable head and a re-design. I don’t care much about Hawkeye. The interior feels a bit empty but it’s fine, we can customize it. The pieces not included for the stickers kinda annoy me but i don’t really care, ill never wanna switch it out but it’ll take a while to decide which sticker sheet I use!

Oh man, where to start on this one... I heard this is somewhat meant to be the follow up of the Guardians ship as a model line up, and it does look like a model, more than Lego. Big grey blob, lower back sides more akin to a house. It does represent a quinjet very well, and I do like the engine inlets a lot, but then again do the wing thrusters look like a lazy after thought. Will try to pick up the benetar on a discount, often drops to almost 100 bucks, and at that, it is a steal. Also, the interior could have at least some easter eggs like a set of Captain America cards, or a hook for Thors hammer. Maybe they should have opted for the more refined Ultron version of the jet, with the Avengers interior.

The sides were very blocky, the Endgame Quinjet set suffered from the same issue. The thrusters for sure need to be blended in better, they stick out just a bit too much on the underside! They could've done much more with the interior. Coulson's Cards wouldve been a good one, or just a shelf or control panel or something to fill it out. I hope LEGO makes another AoU Quinjet, that model is so unique and we've only gotten it once before!

They definetaly could have tiled off the door by showing the studed side of the door piece to the exteriornand then tiling that off, i feel like if they added in an extra 100 pieces to do that and also upgrade the interior than this would basically be a perfect set

They definitely could’ve. The rear door to the quinjet sets (that have them) has always been lackluster like this, unfortunately to say. An upgraded interior would’ve been the cherry on top making it a top 2023 set for sure!

This set is clearly designed to depict the Avengers vs. Loki scene in Munich. With the Shield logos, this set also depicts the Quinjet in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. With the Avengers logos is the Avengers: Age of Ultron version of the Quinjet. If I had to pick, it'd be the Shield logos all the way, as both The Avengers and Captain America: The Winter Soldier are two of the best movies in the MCU, whereas Avengers: Age of Ultron suffered greatly from studio interference, and ranks among the most disappointing movies in Phase 1-3 (I'm not counting Phase 4, because those movies pretty much universally suck).

I would agree but the box shows stark tower, as well as Loki being arrested on the back of the box. Not to say the box environment 100% tells us which scene its trying to depict, but it seems hard to say. I wish I had another set of pieces because now I really want to see the Shield stickers. Especially if I ever put any figs that arent Avengers inside, the avengers stickers wont make sense!

i dont understand why people keep complaining about studs showing. Its lego. if you want an entirely smooth build, buy a model kit. not a lego build. The entire reason thee are stufs showing is so you can pose minifugures on them and attach things.

The reason why hulk isn’t in their is first because he’s too big but they could’ve made a mini-figure version in the set but I think they didn’t add him because the hulk mech came out with a hulk mini-figure so they want you to buy the quinjet and the mech to complete it.
