Jonathan Please clarify the discrepancy in square footage. 1500 sf main house plus 530 sf Casita only adds up to 2030 sf total not the 2530 sf you are stating. Thanks.

I'm curious why the builder would use asphalt shingles. I can't seem them lasting very long in that sun and heat.

Hi Marc, thank you for dropping your comment about the roofing. I am not in the construction 🚧 business but about weather I can say that our climate it’s not as hot 🥵 as it may appear, beside the ocean brights keeps a cool 😎 temperature.

Is it possible to ride horses on the beach? Are there stables in the vicinity?

Hi BM1, thanks for dropping your questions. There are no restrictions from our local government to ride horses on our beaches in San Quintin Baja California. We are a farming and fishing community so we still have some freedoms. Most of the people who own horses around us, have them at their properties. I am not in any public place where horses can be kept but if you will, I can ask around. I will be more than happy to answer any other questions you may have.
