I also enjoy public speaking so much, I used to go into competition for it in high school and went to Nationals a few times. But I have the most crippling anxiety and stage fright that every time I've gone up, I black out and pray to the gods that the right stuff comes out of my mouth. I'll be so stressed days before that I can hardly sleep and the anticipation is all I can think about. Before I go up, my arm pits are drenched, my mouth is dry, my head is spinning.. So I realized it simply wasn't for me lol. Not even just public speaking, I've passed out on stage during Chorus once and also bawled my eyes out before a talent show performance. The stage fright got me so much so that I missed my second to last act and wound up being the final act while everyone, including an audience embarrassingly chanting my name, dragged me out to get it done. I got a standing ovation, which was an awesome experience, but it was definitely because I somehow managed to sing while crying lol whether or not it was actually any good, I'll never know 💀 So I'll stick with singing in the shower and pretending to public speak to myself in the mirror :)

By the way, I will usually gently exfoliate my skin 2-3 times a week with a warm wash cloth and my face wash. That way it isn't too harsh or abrasive on the skin and you don't have to buy an additional product that might actually be hurting your face more than it's helping it!

You should look into differin gel for your breakouts, I use a gentle cleanser, then put acquaphore on dry spots and delicate spots, than differin gel, then cerave cream the one for body and face every night and it’s literally transforming my skin. Thanks for the vlog💗

Yes - cats can eat meat as long as it’s not overly seasoned or like spicy. And make sure to put out water or milk/cream if you’re feeding them. But tuna also works, just drain it. Or just go out and buy a small bag of adult cat food just to have for moments like this
