Longstanding members of Australia’s music scene, Brian Fantana and Ben Silver’s Not Just Me project saw the two DJs and producers combine under one guise last year to reveal their debut single, “Syren”. Returning to Thick As Thieves, the pair link up once again to close February with “Through The Blinds”, backed by a remix from Gruuv bosses Audiojack.
Combining percussive grooves and snaking basslines with haunting piano riffs, “Through The Blinds” welcomes an impactful cut that can shift the energy of any room or festival in an instant, while Audiojack’s take sees the Gruuv head honchos and Crosstown Rebels regulars up the pace to deliver a soaring interpretation perfect for the peak hour.
