I think the word you were looking for is batik. I love that huge wooden stamp. I would definitely use that in my “art”. I use that term loosely but I would love to work with it.

We have a tree frog living in the plants in the utility room. It leaves for a few days but then it comes back. It likes the plant that is a cutting from my great grandmother's plant. I put some spoiling fruit in a bowl beneath it, because the fruit flys come and it loves those.

Those balls of wool in the unpriced bag look like what's used for felting. Mostly needle felting in those small amounts, but can also be used for wet felting.

The wooden stamp is for "block-printing" on fabric. Batik is done by drawing with a special instrument filled with melted wax, dyeing the cloth, then melting the wax off. ❤

06:36 Block-print. Maybe, but it might also be spot art from a print shop's stash. 10:10 IT'S A TREASURE BOX!! 10:30 He's so VERRRRRRRRRRRY 1970s! 11:15 They do. I'd put them before WWII. 12:02 It's a more-or-less correct diagram of human female genital anatomy. Prob'ly a 1st wave or 2nd wave feminist art piece. 13:35 Of course they're Enid Collins, and possibly once graced the shelves of Neiman Marcus. The front one is Carriage Trade and probably 1962 or 1963, EXTREMELY early. I can't pin down a date for Flower Basket, but it's also likely early, before 1970.

We are in the high desert and we have tons of frogs! They live in my greenhouse, a 3" drainage grey water pvc pipe from our washing machine, in my planters outside, and today there were 2 perched on a new bagged bbq cover inside my bbq shed! We have mainly tree frogs, but they are small tom mediums! When I am moving plants around in my greenhouse, I seem to find the ones with scared frogs jumping away. I'd rather have frogs than the snake I haven't spotted lately in there.
