So... You have enough money to buy a welder, but no money to buy a set of wrenches? Also, how much torque can it withstand? Like, cool that it can turn a loosened nut, but my hands can do that just fine too...

Let's not forget the ease of use as well, that contraption doesn't fit anywhere in something like a car, so it's basically useless for most applications
