Great to see you Nick. Will organise some more for 2025. Lovely pick ups as always. Really home the joystick works on the 2600. Regardless worst case scenario it’s a nice but for a fiver. The King Kong collection sounds amazing! Love that franchise particularly the 30’s and 70’s films. Happy New Year to you!

Lovely stuff Nick! Very nice Speedking controller, always wanted one of those. Although the sound of the clicky stick gives me anxiety, always just one overzealous waggle in a game of Daley Thompsons Decathlon away from breaking a microswitch and turning it into a lemon. That might just be my experience of Quickshot II Turbos though, scarred me for life. I like the look of Sandland, I've heard good things as well, and you can't usually go wrong with anything with artwork by Akira Toriyama.

Yes Sandland was by the late Akira Toriyama of Dragonball fame. Did they also do One Piece? Yeah Ed sent an open invite at the the end of his vlog. You have to come to the next one. Risen is based more on Titans. Previous games on x360 and PS3. There was Rise on Xbox One that was Roman and a movie called Risen based on the resurrection- glad that wasn’t turned into a game 😅

Happy new year Nick, ah mate was great to see/hear you met up with some of the lads and good to hear you enjoyed yourself. shame about your controller being a bit dinged up but thats modern shops for you now, they couldnt careless, the speedking is a superb controller (i have a 2 button one myself) lets be honest anything is better than the stock 2600 stick of pain! Sadly i needed to take a huge **** so couldnt stick around for the modern tat hahahahahaha

Oh yes, I love the Konix Speeding, it's a fantastic stick and so much better than the 2600 stick... bargain! Mamorukun Curse is a great one to get and brilliant it's come sealed That puzzle game was Puzz Loop on Japanese, £8 is certainly a lot cheaper than the import one🤣 Cool jumper👌 Shame about the damage to the PS5 controller, what idiots sending them out in a bag All the best for 25 Nick 👍

Nice pickups! You know that looking at pictures in a book doesn't count as knowing how to read right? LOL! My cousin told me how much he was missing us playing Sega Bass Fishing together with the fishing rod controller on Dreamcast, I told him that I had everything to make it happen but the fishing rod. Well he bought it on eBay and gave it to me as a Christmas gift that arrived today! Now I'm only missing 3 Lego games on PS4, Concrete Genie on PS4 and Space Marine 2 on PS5 to arrive and those will be my last pickups of 2024! My new year resolution is to buy next to no games in 2025 as a couple of friends want me to travel to the US West Coast in Oregon to spend next year's Christmas with them! Now I need to raise money to renew my passport, buy my plane ticket (I've never been on a plane before) and some spending money to go game hunting with my friends over there! As you can see I'm a bit excited about that trip! I'm hoping that nothing prevents it from happening! Happy Holidays Nick! I hope that you and your family (especially the Missus) will have a better year in 2025! Great video and keep up the good work!
