So.. to make this easy rice dish... you are going to need the following ingredients

●4 cups of Rice
●Meat and meat stock
●1½ cup cooking oil
●4 medium-sized tomatoes
●4 large bell peppers
● 2 onions
●10 long peppers
●A thumb of ginger
●5 Cloves garlic
●A Satchet of curry
●2 Satchets of tomato paste
●Rosemary, Thyme, Bay leaves
●Home-made all spice mix
●Bullion cubes
●salt
●Peas
●Carrots
