Not quite gone || Benedict and Sophie

I have been meaning to do a video of Benedict and Sophie with this cast for a long time. I had this fancast since I first watched season 1 of Sanditon with Theo James and I had finished reading Benedict Bridgerton’s book but the inspiration came and went so many times. Now do I recommend the book especially if you are Benedict girlie like me? No. No I do not. He is a massive twat in the book with doses of blackmail and just male entitlement that show Benedict reigns supreme and that is my Benedict. The book had its good and sweet moments but overall it definitely shows the time it was written because yikes. It’s something. Still, as much as it has very bad and oh so cringe moments, I enjoyed it to an extent that I still wanted to make a video at least acknowledging bits from the book but also just taking huge chunks of Netflix Benedict’s personality and making it better. Basically Benedict’s story has that Cinderella element just add in a mask so that way our male lead doesn't recoginise our female lead, some other fucked up elements and you have a Bridgerton story…woo.
Also yes the scene of him coming out of the pond very much happened in the book. It took me by surprise too and would you believe as well this man had been very ill a few days prior to this spontaneous dip and still was a little ill? Probably, it’s Bridgerton, anything could happen.

I was watching a different video, but I immediately switched when I saw this in my subscriptions 😆 I love show Benedict so much and I can’t wait to see his love story. But I love the editing of this one too 👍🏻
