I smiled as you related your story about driving Nox.around because sleep.was not on her agenda. Our first two were a year and a half apart. We.spent many an hour pushing them in our twin stroller hoping they would both fall.asleep only to have them both wake up as soon as we dared go back to the house. I would.do it all over again. You are GREAT fathers to Nox & Well done with your travel preparations!! As for exercises, I am a Physical Therapist and former gymnast …. I strongly recommend you focus on doing any kind of exercise Only if you had 1-2 days of good sleep, otherwise your muscle fibres will tear and you will injure yourself. Muscles actually grow and repair themselves Only During sleep. So sleep is key to getting your bodies in shape. Your work out schedule should be one day of exercise, next day No excercise, just do gentle stretches. This is how to grow a strong body. Plus until your sleep is much more regular, your workouts should be Only half the duration of what you used to do. Continue your walking, this is excellent for body & mind too. Enhorabuena. Recuerdo perfectamente la alegría que sentí las cuatro veces que me anunciaron que sería papá, cuando les vi nacer y cuando les llevé a casa la primera vez. La primera fase, la de bebé recién nacido, es intensa porque no se les puede perder de vista ni un segundo. Pasa rapidísima y hay que disfrutarla aunque nos parezca que vamos a morir de cansancio, que luego la echaremos de menos. Han pasado rapidísimos los años y los míos son treintañeros. Fui padre muy joven y me encantaría también ser un abuelo joven. La paternidad es una responsabilidad muy grande, pero no hay que tenerle miedo. La satisfacción es mucho mayor.

Such a sweet update. When I saw Bram with baby spit up down his back I realized why parents always drape a towel over their shoulder before they burp their baby.😅. I’m sure getting back into working out was difficult as both of you have been getting little sleep. Traveling with a child will add more challenges but it will become second nature after a while. You are so wise not to attempt to travel in a vehicle for three days in a vehicle with a newborn. The number of times you would have had to stop for feeding and soothing Nox would have extended your trip and the whole ordeal would have likely got her off routine. Tja en dan opnieuw sporten na weken ja dan heb je meestal een terugval qua conditie maaaaaarrrrrr jullie hebben in ieder geval n basisconditie vanwaar je weer je conditie dan weer snel opbouwt . Maar jullie zijn schatten van ouders met n prachtige baby en natuurlijk jullie2lieve honden en hat was werkelijk een prachtige vlog👍👍👍👍
