I just tried all the free to play sets and if u wanna knock him out use the liberator set just lvl 2 it burns his shadow energy but u must hit him the first strike always so u don't let him regenerate his shadow power

Abdicator lvl 4 beats this boss, Abdicator lvl 6 destroys him. You can defeat him with Divine Judge set as well, but you gotta have some skill
