Přívoz isn't a place to take walks with a camera out. Pick any other part of the city for that. There are lots of great laces to visit in Ostrava but Přívoz is a place where hearing screams is quite usual. Use the trams to travel, you can pay with a debit card (just tap it on the machine when you enter and when you exit)

Now, I know 😀 I just did like in all countries - googled, chose an area with some hotels (so I’m not the only tourists), and chose something near where I wanted to be (this time - bus and train station)

@@MakeAdventureHappen if you have any questions about Ostrava, feel free to ask😉 I lived 3 tram stops from where your accommodation is.

The area around main train station is considered one of the worse, but comparing it to Rio de Janeiro is kinda funny.

yes, in Rio de Janeiro I, personally, felt better

@@MakeAdventureHappen People always say "don't go to Nowa Huta district in Krakow" or "don'd go to Praga district in Warsaw"....I always go there and it's mostly totally fine there, people don't know what dangerous place really means. 😀

1:55 - And now you imagine that at some stations, there is track in Czech, but platform in English, so it's just wrongly translated and confusing. They should unify it somehow or always show both numbers - platform and track and platform should be ABC...not number. But I am very "nazi" about these things, I would design everything better. 😀 3:18 - You are located in Silesia, you started a war by saying Čechy, that's just Bohemia. 5:50 - Most of today troleybuses are connected only in some places and in other palces, it goes like a battery bus. Classic 100% trolleybuses are located only in cities with long tradition where they never removed them, in other cities, when they return trolleybuses, it's mostly e-bus with trolley not everywhere. BTW, in Riga, you have the same numbers for buses, trams and trolleybuses, very confusing, especially when it's night and you don't even realize if you are going to bus or trolleybus, in Czech cities, numbers are mostly different, for example in Prague 1-30 are trams, 50+ trolleybuses (there are only 2 renewed lines now), 100+ buses, 300+ buses that go out of Prague and trains that go to near cities have numbers S1, S2 etc..., metro is just ABC, it's super simple. Some people think that S numbers for trans are pointless, but some trains have the same destination, but totally different route, so this helps a lot for fast identification of your train. 12:31 - These prices of beer are much lower than in my town near Prague, Pilsner Urquel here is like 37 or something. 😀

Latvia can be similar as confusing for foreigners 😀

@@MakeAdventureHappen I know, I visited Latvia. 😀 But your trains go only like 80 km around Riga and to Belarus, I am waiting for Rail Baltica to be finished. 😀
