Michael Cunningham's books: "a home at the end of the world" made in to a brilliant movie, Brilliant story of two boys that met out of a bad circumstance, became inseparable friends, first time lovers, then transitioned in to an open relationship with a woman. The story was very real to life and touching. And "Flesh and Blood" was an amazing portrait of a multi-generational family story. This book was like paint on a canvas that came to life. By the end, the reader felt like they were friends with every character.
