Disappointed not to see any future tower crane models. Its a shame that the companies dont see that there is a big interest/demand in another 1/50 scale model.

Models like that probably won't be seen until the Bauma Exhibition in October. OEMs like Liebherr, Wolff and the rest commission the models as promotional items to support sales of the real cranes, and 1/50 tower crane models are usually seen as too large and expensive for that purpose. Collector sales historically are not in the numbers required to support development of such a new model.

@@CranesEtcTV While I do understand there is a large cost going into the development of a new model, the diecast community has grown since the release of the 630 & 178 so those that missed out on those models would like to have a model like that in their collection. In saying that maybe they feel that they have already produced the model and want to look elsewhere for future models.
