For All of recorded history some people have been trying to dominate and rule over others. On a small scale sometimes an individual or gang can control and extort others throughout right violence But on a larger scale, especially since technology has leveled the playing field when it comes to physical combat being biggest and strongest is not enough. So modern tyrants gain and maintain power not just through group thuggery but through deception and manipulation. Visual control has been replaced by mind control. A aspiring ruler now needs to persuade his potential subjects that it is in their own best interest that he have power including power over them. The tyrant must convince his victims that their own subjugation is necessary moral and legitimate. Government whether in the form of a dictator, a parliament, a congress, or some other arrangement, is the group of people thought to have the right to rule. In other words thought to have authority over a certain area. What governments do is issue commands, which they call laws using force to punish any who disobey.

I heard an NPR report encouraging replacement words like 'parent' rather than mom or dad because some that are childless my be offended because those words leave them out. 'Child' to son or daughter because some children may no identify with being called a boy or girl, 'guys' rather than men when speaking of sports teams because women also use 'guys' and 'official' rather than referee 'because when people hear referee they tend to think of a man.' And this was over 20 years ago! So, it's not so new as much news reports.

@@surfinwax58it’s not so much that it’s a new concept or suggestion… it’s that now, if you don’t use the correct words, you risk being attacked and socially ostracized. Twenty years ago someone may have suggested using the word “parent” instead of “mom” or “dad”, but it was just a suggestion. Now though, people are demanding that you use the words they prefer. It went from suggestions to compelled speech. That is what’s new about it.

We should probably step up our requirements to hold a government position though to be honest, but people will vote for all sorts. Rumor is he attended a sex party and didn’t know the person was a minor. Who knows if it’s true. He is still standing his ground so maybe it’s a made up narrative to threaten him for not complying. His involvement in ESG’s indicates he had to reinter that world or maybe not. It’s not real clear. The way it reads is he was forced to comply with ESG’s. Tho I hope not. It leads to others social shaping and distortion of the American values. It’s not clear. But I am laying off every big bank and credit cards that involve themselves with ESG’s. They are pressing for digital money and control. I will not buy from any company that is in ESG’s or China made products.

It comes about through power happy people feigning good intentions thereby winning the loyalty and subsurbance of good people who then view the power happy people as authority and government. In this way freedom is whittled away piece by piece always under the guise of serving the people until nearly every industry and every activity is monitored taxed regulated and restricted in the name of law. Making the people unable to provide for themselves unable to be independent and self-sufficient unable to freely trade and cooperate with each other however they see fit. The primary problem with society is not that man is inherently evil but that so many are willing to tolerate advocate or commit violent aggression when it is done in the name of government and law.

They thought they were untouchable. They don’t make laws congress does. And in the rules committee they are not just cutting the FBI, I think the ATF, the DOJ and making laws and making it clear a regulation is not a legal law. They are also using activists and I think paying them to sue to make laws by the judgement. Legislation through litigation. A judge doesn’t make laws they follow them. The Supreme Court reversed the judgement of a judge to stop drilling in the gulf bc it endangered the yellow or brown whale. The gulf is the only place in the world that doesn’t emit co2 when drilling and pumping oil and gas. These guys are doing more than we know.

Speaking of fentanyl, I lost a grandson to that drug. And I wish that every bit of it disappeared off this earth. It upsets me that it is used in hopitals and anywhere else. I dont think it belongs there. I remember having a hard time waking up after surgery with nurses slapping my wrists and shaking me. Could this have been why?
