If you were a VOD Chad such as myself, you would have seen there was a second part to the neko hostage. He said if someone donated 6 subs, he would hard end the run on the spot no matter how deep he was in, and go kill the neko. you have no idea how much I was hoping a chat member would wait until he got to CO and then donate the 6 subs to force him to end the run. (He edited the 6 subs part out for obvious reasons in this video.)

In each cosmic ocean level the exit is initially blocked by a giant jellyfish that instakills you when you touch it. In order to get it to leave you have to find and pop 3 bubbles that spawn in random locations around the level, once you pop all 3 the jellyfish starts chasing you and the exit becomes accessible

You get the normal ending by beating tiamat (the boss at 5:51), and you get the hard ending by flying above tiamat, going to world 7, and beating hundun (the boss at 6:52), but there's also an extra secret third ending where you to go cosmic ocean (the space levels) and reach 7-99, which is what albino's going for

If you do some specific steps in your run (the bow), when you arrive at the sunken city (the equivalent of hell in Spelunky 2) and defeat the final boss Hun Dun, you can use the bow and arrow to access the secret world, the cosmic ocean. This world starts at level 7-5 and ends in level 7-98 since level 7-99 is just the ending. Hope I was helpful.
