Define fully upgraded cuz there are three arguably called that. The final normal junk has the most damage output by base but one junk less has blanks and with enough ammolets even more damage from those and the ability to save you from death. And then there is the Golden junk mech.

Quickswapping instead of reloading manually can be really powerful. Guns waiting in your inventory reload automatically if they've been unequipped for longer than it takes to reload manually. Your dps rises and you aren't a sitting duck waiting for your rpg to reload.

Also when you're in the old kings level you can get another good chest. On every run, there is a guaranteed secret room connected to one of the chest rooms. There lies a little blue man and a chest. Interact with him and he gives you a question. Get it right and you get a chest.

once u begin to feel masochistic, try to complete the game with only a casey (either hope to get one out of a rainbow chest in the beginning of the run, or use mod the gungeon console to get it), no dodgeroll, and have a cursed run as well at the same time (gungeoneer statue worshipping). it took me 5 fucking months to do it
