I did this course in November. Very informative. I have properties that I was working on and the contractor kept talking about having to pull permits for different things and just so happen I found this course and started offering my Permit Service to that company!!!

I love that her course is one you can take and put into action right away! The opportunity is there, we just have to let people know we offer the service. Do you stay pretty busy with that one customer? Or have you had to add others to keep your income coming in consistently?

@@statnotaryllc8768 For me? It did, however I was already familiar with the process before I took the course, so I took it simply for title purposes on a resume. At my local government entity, I had greased the skids about permit running. Dealing with permits in my local city and working with the ladies there, it made it easy to do.
