Hi, Brother 2 days ago while I was fixing intex woofer when plugged aux pin into my zenfone 3 headphone jack then it switched off and turned on suddenly from that time receiver (speaker ) and right side headphone making a crackling sound. what was the problem? i need your help in this matter ...

Hi i´ve the same phone and it start not working properly after a sea drowning. In speaker mode i can ear and speak. In normal mode i just ear the other person, they dont listen what i ´m saying. I would love to repair but the stores near by do not do this repairs. What do you think the component has broken?

remember when 2 or more (Audio) functions not working then be sure it can be Audio driver problem...but first check microphone port...mostly it happens because of handsfree jack.

if you're sure you didn't heat much so remove ic and then chen...mostly balls under the ic are connected/short.
