My old Samsung Note 2 is not working now. I don't know why.I disassembled it and connected into charger without disconnecting battery.I touched the mother board and chipset started to heat little bit after few seconds.(I don't think it is an unusual thing.because I think every smartphone is heating Little bit when it is working)But my phone does not output an data such as blinking LED or any sound/vibration or flashing screen or anything.so what can I do for it?I want to fix it by myself.can you please help me for that? can I try by replacing power controller chip or any other thing? that was not glue,it was a past that we used for smooth remove Audio driver,and machine we used to heat called heat gun or hot air machine.

the stuff he used on the IC is called flux its acidic and helps clean the surface of the metal so u get a better solder connection and u could probably use any heat gun as long as its hot enough
