Step 2: The Departments (exclude financial) will be write the plan of each SBU (Strategic busines unit). Step 3: The Financial department write the financial plan (OPEX plan and CAPEX plan, bank loan, M&A transaction) Step 4: The BoD review and feeback, the departments modify and re-submit. Is accelerated depreciation a fixed cost? If so why - it kind of changes over time, but on the other hand it kindda doesn't depend on the output. Confusing a bit..

At 9:13 Why are you drawing a line to connect the units sold? Connecting them doesn’t this imply that you could sell non whole number increments? That is, can you really sell 1.25 fudge bars? No! So shouldn’t the graph be discrete?

This wasn't really helpful because the numbers weren't realistic at all, it's a lot harder to differentiate trends when you're dealing with whole numbers 1 number away. Normally I really like your videos but this one confused me more
