I love his work! Him starting the hand vacuum mid-way through talking about his overdue book is just comedic gold.

More people need to watch these, every story is so interesting and it's all shot and produced phenomenally

You gorgeous, quirky, utterly unique, extra-ordinarily talented, witty man you!! Genius! Love your work. Had my ups and downs too, am a bit of a recluse and tho in no way genius, have spent nigh on ten years on two books trying to get 'the tone' right. Hard, when ze mood, doth change from dark to light. Maybe your critic IS right -and some of us protest too much!! Bless your baby and let go of it soon. There's something even more spectacular ahead of you, believe me. Love bro. (I'm 66, so take that as you like) 😉🙃

I like the concept of his book and I appreciate he is making the illustrations by hand.

Art is timeless. That's why it takes so much longer than a book of words. Remember folks, a picture tells a thousand words. So in theory if one picture is a thousand words, he's writing a book bigger than the story itself.

Terry Pratchett's books are incredible in portraying Death as a normal bloke, if anyone else is interested. 'Mort' is the best stand alone I'd recommend first

1:15 does anyone know what software he is using? Cuz I'd like to do the same thing and make a book such as Gurewitch is.

I just picked this book up and I can't understand how totally ripping off Edward Gorey's art style is allowed.

It's funny Gorey is not mentioned in the film: funny in both ways you may think of funny.
