Enjoy watching you guys work. I grew up on a dairy farm in Minnesota, so the harvesting I did was not the scale you guys do. Couple of questions, and forgive me if they've been asked. Do you guys charge by the acre, type of crop? How do you guys get paid? Hourly, salary? Can't imagine the expenses you incur. About how many acres do you harvest in a season?

Try some traction tape on top of the box even with the angle you can hold your footing . You guys are awesome 👏
