Ignoring pain can lead too very bad problems, been there done that, got motivated and thought I was an instant distance runner, did some events with little to no experience, felt pain, just growing pains right? Tried working through it like a man, Nope was on crutches the next 3 weeks. Back at it at a slower pace now for over a year, distance and times greatly improved, that no pain no gain is utter bullshit. Listen to your body, it wont ever lie to you and recovery time is just as important as exercise time. Nobody knows you better than YOU! If you constantly rely on others for motivation then ya already lost! BE HARD!

i understand all this talk...some people are in situations were there broke, there destitute, there alone, there starving , there sick, no one will give them a break or just the tiny little lift they need. some people are in the parts of the country being very iceolated , places afar with no oportunities...theres so much more to this...if you have a place to work out of, your baisic needs met although there may be challenges there at least you have a chance to do and be all can be...hes got great ethics but so many out there do have the want to get upband go but they just have nothing to go on ,,,no starting block...look around the sidewalks are covered with tents , many are good people...children on thecstreets homeless...well this guy isxat least goid for certion secters...i do like this guy...hes got a goid story going , giod motivator

I believe this is a great speech and what we dont hear in the world today, in our government and any person who means to rule you, but the book, is the bible by your dying bed, cause judgment is coming, and as great and aproved I feel about what he said the one thing the lord would say or you couldve brought my children to me which is what I created them to do, I died so they could get to me, I removed all the things that keep them from me and you cursed the whole time, how much more could you have done for my children by saying the great things I gave you amd the strength I gave you to ovwr come and you used every curse word because you thaught thats what the world wanted to hear, but it was the curse words, it was the other words you said in-between those sinful words, and sin is what kills people, and aducts them, and mentally destroys them, sin, God bless and know he created you for he's purpose, now go do it and do it in a pleasing way to him
