is there any way to stop the text auto scrolling in the settings shade. all the buttons scrolling like wifi, auto brightness scrolling the text is annoying for me

I've noticed that too and yeah it's annoying but there is no way to change that. The only thing you could do is make the toggles smaller so it shows no text
