Hi friends! Just so you know, I've listed the price of each item below in the "show more" section. You created such an amazing look with super affordable products. I will never forget the day I was out shopping and I saw a woman with the most beautiful eyeshadow look. So, naturally I asked her what she was wearing and it was the Wet n Wild palette that you are wearing. It is SOOO pretty and the glitter is perfect and easy to work with. So, now when I am out running errands, I get compliments when I wear that particular palette. It's such a gem. You are right when you made the comment that we have to sometimes question our Sephora orders. The reality is that I don't look at people and think, "Oh, you are wearing a Chanel foundation. Oh, you must be wearing a Charlotte Tilbury palette. Oh, that must be a ND lipstick." No....there are very few truly unique products that can't be duped with something less expensive these days. I'm just so grateful that you are showcasing that, "YES! Affordable makeup DOES deliver great quality." Great video!

True, the only thing that's I've ever bought from Sephora that was worth it were my Rare Beauty Liquid Blushes, I hope they come to ulta soon or I can find something that I like that is similar by the time they are done.

I've been watching Emily since 2010. She's sincerely worried about accidentally using a brush over $5 and apologizing for it, not wanting to mislead us. Meanwhile, we have people on here and other platforms selling us contour products with fillers and threads, anti-aging products with skin blurring filters, supplements & diet plans to lift/sculpt/plump every body part while they've had surgical enhancements, clean beauty advocates that try to convince us that SPF is more dangerous than the sun, etc. I hope Emily is still here on KZbin using Wet n Wild and Elf in 2030.

You should thoroughly remove your SPF after use. I prefer to clean with three steps: wash with cleanser, clay mask, then remove everything with a toner. That’s just the face. If I have SPF elsewhere I do an Epsom salt soak. I’m not kidding nor exaggerating.

I still love those white Wet and Wild brushes, eyes and for the face. They are some of my most used brushes even amongst my luxury brush collection, I still go to those and my Moda brushes all the time. Remember the singles dollar shadows that Wet and Wild had forever before ruining most of them? The ones called Creme Brûlée and Nutty? Those were the most gorgeous shades, universal. Nutty had the most gorgeous shimmer, but could also be built up and used as a crease shade if not an all over wash.💜 I wish they would bring those exact ones back, along with their Reserve Your Cabana. Worst decisions WNW has made as far as discontinued items. Their 3 most popular products… GONE😭

I've got a WNW large eyeshadow brush I bought at Dollar Tree 7 yrs ago, and it's STILL going strong, and I use it most days. None of the bristles have fallen out and it applies shadows perfectly. Another cheap mascara that works really well is WNW Big Poppa, unsure if it's under $5.00, but I really enjoy it. You can either do one coat for more natural lashes, or build for a fuller look. Those WNW 98 cent lipsticks are great too! I have one that's over 5 yrs old, and also still going strong: Secret Muse. It's the perfect mauve for me. Their Mega Last High Shine lipsticks are great too! It's the one in the white component with the gold lips. It's a super tinted lip balm; I've got several colors and all look and feel great. WNW, Elf and Profusion are the reason I don't buy high end makeup, and won't buy it...ever. 😄
