I sometimes look in the mirror and ‘see’ me. And for a brief moment I have no association with what I am looking at. I have zero connection and affiliation with what looks back at me. Sometimes it’s scary but occasionally I get an extremely deep sense of looking in at something I don’t recognize nor understand. Those are the moments that intrigue me the most. Anyone else?

My life has sucked so badly throughout most of it because of depression that wasn't treated well. I'm older now and strangely my depression has eased off. I'm content every day just eating well and getting plenty of rest and sleep and movies and books. And looking forward to the next stage after I die. I'm not afraid to die and I have stage 4 cancer. Doing well with it, too. Right now I am thriving and surviving. I didn't know I'd feel this good nearing the end of my life, that my depression would ease up. It's as if I know there's something much better awaiting me. Also, I now realize that nothing in life really matters except telling your loved ones how much they mean to you. Pray to our Lord and believe in Jesus and his teachings. Forgive your enemies and believe.

@@sasamuraki there are other dimensions out there! You state that as a fact, you go by Sasamuraki that is indeed a fact anything else is a theory, I would love to think I’ll reach heaven one day providing one really exists, on the other hand there is this place I live in where I work, laugh,cry, hurt, and love I think is called reality the only think you can be sure of along with taxes and death, people talk about transcending to another realm by meditating only to end up back to where they started, there is only one reality the one we are living , until we get the chance to meet or visit elsewhere, this as they say is it! And you know the funny part , I’ve met people on the streets with real problems like lack of food, or money to pay the rent, yet they are more concerned about that other reality where the brain does not exist and no food is necessary, this are the times we are living in, trying to manifest money, love and a better future in the comfort of their home like a Harry Potter movie🤷♂️

@@orlandosoto6080 there is a heaven and God. Every year that passes by the world tries to convince us that there is either no God, multiple Gods, a lie of reincarnation, and the list goes on with all of these false ideas. When we look out at the world we could see how fascinating Gods creation is, from beautiful flowers, animals, the fact that we can multiply and a constant cycle of seeds to grow our own plants, trees and just all kinds of food. Even looking at our own bodies and how they function, the self healing when we have a wound and so much more the goes into our bodies. There is no doubt we have a creator ❤ I’m not sure if you have ever had any supernatural event happen to you but for many we know there is an unseen realm. I used to practice new age, tarot cards, I was into zodiac signs, Angel numbers, “healing” crystals, I went into a rabbit hole. I fell into deeper depression and I was without hope. I had suicidal thoughts and thought what’s the point? Something happened to my family member with something unseen. I was at a point where my back was against the wall. I didn’t know it at the time but demons are very real and they were attacking me, even to the point where I would see their faces when I simply closed my eyes. My back was against the wall and crazy enough I cried out to the Jesus of the Bible. I was finally able to get a peaceful sleep but the fact that they fled me at the call of Jesus name. I didn’t say none of that nonsense “I rebuke you in Jesus name” which I know now is very dangerous. I just simply cried out to God for help It’s so true we are living in a dying sinful world. We are all born with this sinful human nature all the way from wanting to steal, lie, look with lust, murder etc In order to get into heaven it requires moral perfection. So how do we get into heaven? God sent His son Jesus to be born if a virgin, live a sinless and perfect life, he was truly God and truly Man, he was tortured and hung on the cross, For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23 The wrath of God fell on Jesus when it should have fell on us, he was the substitute Jesus died on the cross, he rose again on the 3rd day which proved that he is who he said he is And whoever repents and trust in Jesus will be saved, You don’t need to work your way into heaven which is the difference between all other religions. Some people say “ok so once I get saved I can live however I want?” It’s crazy because it’s a yes and no, Once someone is saved God sends the Holy Spirit which is God to live in us, he will give us new desires, change our heart, we will begin to love what God loves and hate what God hates All sins forgiven and debt paid in full AFTER we are saved we definitely must be obedient the best we can and we get lots of help from the Holy Spirit. Christian’s still have sin in their life but the different is they are no longer in the sin pattern that they once were in. The world is full of false converted Christian’s that think they are saved and they are trying to be this good person in hopes that God will just let them in. If we could get into heaven on our own merit then Christ died on the cross for nothing I went years thinking I was a Christian until I was truly saved a few years ago. Repentance can only be granted by God, if you had repentance you will truly feel sorrow for all of your sins, and you will desire for God to take the lead. Saving faith is a beautiful gift from God People laugh and think we are crazy but the work God does in our hearts I cannot ever take credit for, He gets the glory God also pulled me out of Catholicism which does not teach the true gospel and adds a ton of man made traditions Pray and ask God to help you understand the truth, any of us can die tonight or tomorrow. Tomorrow isn’t promised and neither is the next hour God bless you

@Sean g 137 i see you have alot of interesting ideas. I would like to hear them structured in a way that makes it easy to comprehend. Though I am discovering a new theory of physics that will change our point of view. I have been very lucky as I have both been able to experience these consept and been given information about the subject. I am very aware that I do not see the whole picture, I also know that you and I have our own realities, and I am aware that we both might be right though we have seemingly opposing opinions. I would like to present to you an idea about how to look upon our world. There are multiple perspectives all of them are what I would call plausible and even likely. Let's dive in: Have you ever thought about the spacing between objects in our universe, I am spesificallly referring to masive scale objects like suns and planets, and miniscule objects like atoms and molecules. Firstly, our brain isn't wired to understand these sizes, the arythmetic system in our brain does not have the capacity to comprehend such sizes, hense why Steven Hawknings and many other use multiple scale models after each other so we can get a better point of view on the matter. We aren't supposed to live "be conscious" in these enviroments, and the same goes for further understanding of light and sound. We are supposed to live in a limited perspective, but I cannot givr an answer to why, but I assume it has to do with learning and also experience. Anyways: Our current models for hysics are just that models, ways of representing our understanding and enabling us go go deeper. But I certainly believe these models to be wrong. I am in the process of describing our world in waves, describing both higher dimensions and their intersections, IE, how glass and light interact, how light moves through the double slit, electrons, the fields that we all touch and see and hear. The spacong between our molecules and atoms are certainly so big that if there only was the particles, all lighr would pass through it, but in our experience, all of those particles are acting as one field, and only in measuring when we collapse the universe they act in solo. I am too tired now, but my point is that we are fields and waves interacting and we are far from the physical beings we thing we are, and hole planets in other dimensions could pass through us with us noticing. We havent even been able to discover our own slice of life. Life as we know it exists between cells at this specific temperature because of water, but there exists so mamy more mediums for life to exists IE, the sun, life and consciousness could exist anywhere but we dont know where it even begins and we allwyas try to limit our perspective so that we "know" more.
@fabianhaukhopland67133 жыл бұрын
@Sean g 137 Hey I started to read your solution to the double slit experiment, and it is allmost exactly the same as I have been philosofising it is (though the differences might be to my understanding of English). One morning I was suddenly drawn to the old window of my room and it felt like I recieved information from somewhere about how it all works, and I started to put together the pieces on how everything are just high dimensional waves represented as different things here. How the glass and the light going trough interacted with each other as waves, and that many of our models are wrong (though they work mathematically in many situations). The way we are a "bunch" of atoms (that are sooooo far away from each other) makes no sense, unless you assume they act as a single field when interacting with each other. My girlfriend has opened my eyes to the world. I went to a catholic school in Norway (I love alot of catholic traditions), but this school made me religious in second and then I stopped believing until just a couple of months ago, when science and thinking (and alot of experiences beyond my imagination) turned my mind and body completely around. I started going through stories from the bible, comparing them to other religions, going through history trying to understand what has been going on. I am sorry, I have gotten myself a bad habit of wanting to talk about my self. I would very much like to connect with you, as I hope we both can learn a lot. Kind Regards: Fabian H.H.

People generally have a very poor understanding of what the word 'infinite' actually means.. This is not any kind of 'fault', but just that we have evolved within the confines of what appears to be a finite environment, and we thus try to look at things in finite ways, also justifying those 'finite' thoughts. When I first approached the 'problem' I had the same difficulties, so it takes our minds a lot of effort to reach another perspective of understanding, but it IS achievable.. Firstly, there cannot be more than one 'instance' of infinitude, otherwise a secondary 'thing' would render them both 'finite'. So we are describing a 'oneness'.. Also, it can have no 'beginning' nor 'ending' as these would also necessitate a secondary 'thing' (or the utter nonsense of a 'nothing'!), so we are describing 'eternity' when we apply 'time' concepts. Then, we have to admit that it can only be the one thing that interconnects all other 'things', and we deduce this to be 'Space', necessarily.. So, in terms of 'numbers', infinitude can only ever be 'one'.. ('Non-duality') All references to 'size' or 'direction' do not apply to the nature of infinitude, and thus have no relevance to our understanding of the true nature of existence. 'Measurement' has limitations.. When we point to any position in Space, we effectively create a 'beginning' to any subsequent forms of measurement, which only has relevance to the entity desiring to understand said 'measurement'. Measuring things does not make them a main-feature of the nature of reality, only a desire of 'measurement' from a purely Human perspective. 'Math' is another finite aspect, and so has limited usage. It helps us to describe specific positions and calculate certain desirable measurements to ourselves, so that we may use finite reference points, but it breaks down at the level of describing a necessarily infinite reality. Thus, as it is with our 'senses', we need various different kinds of understanding, all working in tandem with each other to produce the 'bigger picture', and we have philosophy and psychology, arts and 'mysticism'/intuition, among others, evolved for this task. However, because we live in an 'expert' driven society, all the 'senses/methods' are at war with each other, jostling for control, when the only true understanding occurs if we emulate nature itself, and work from a foundation of wholeness.. Within infinitude everything appears to be at the 'centre' of that which it finds detectable ('observable'). So, the moment you create the perspective of a 'centre', you become that centre. Here we can find the reasons people have in the past assumed 'centralised' ideas of cosmology (not to mention self-centred mental health issues!) and also the real problem with using 'mathematics' as a tool for understanding infinite nature. We have to firstly posit the 'points' to be 'measured' in order for the measurement to take place. And this is why we end up inventing 'things' that do not exist in reality from mathematical constructs that do not describe the truth about nature.. Infinitude acts as both an open AND a closed 'system', being as it is essentially the only fundamental 'system' in existence, yet that existence operates infinitely, which is why we observe the 'first law of dynamics' as a conservation of energy, with the caveat 'in a closed system'. It is existentially valid to describe infinitude as both an 'open' AND a 'closed' system, which seems 'paradoxical', but is really the Human misunderstanding of the nature of infinitude operating as a 'oneness'.. Again, it is a question of learning how to interpret the true nature of infinitude.. Concepts of 'open' and 'closed' do not have relevance to a singular infinite existence..They only have relevance to us in the same way that 'mathematics' does, in 'physical' use, and with finite limitations.. "Commendation from NASA for research work at Massachusetts Institute of Technology on the Earth's atmosphere and the Moon's surface for navigation of the Apollo spacecraft to the Moon.. Dr. Milo Wolff has found the structure of the electron consisting of two spherical quantum waves, one moving radially outward and another moving radially inward. The center of the waves is the nominal location of the electron 'particle'. These waves extend infinitely, like charge force. All 'particle' waves mix and contribute to each other, thus all matter of the universe is interrelated by this intimate connection between the fundamental 'particles' and the universe. The natural laws are a direct consequence of this Wave Structure of Matter (WSM), thus WSM underlies all of science." spaceandmotion

This guy actually has it right. Via Transcendental Meditation TM (not mindfulness) I have experienced levels of consciousness that seem to be outside of time completely, in which I was able to figure out a complex solution to a situation I was in in less than a microsecond... And this of course requires effortlessness.
@shumsthecoolboy2 жыл бұрын
Have you experienced this through basic Transcendental meditation technique or through advance TM Sidhi technique? For how long you are practicing TM? I completed TM course in July and I am practicing TM consistently for past three months. I would like your response. Let's discuss further if you are interested in conversation with fellow TM practitioner. Thank you 🙏
@Sherwin.Maxowow2 жыл бұрын
@@shumsthecoolboy Yes most definitely! I'd be delighted! 👍 To answer your question, I stumbled on to the Transcendental state of consciousness after I nearly died, and had myself a very profound experience which I initially experienced this mind-blowing explosion of Love that was wonderful yet overwhelming at the same time and was struggling to get a grip on it and try and control the experience, until I finally realized that it was impossible, and all I needed to do was just relax, & surrender and then discovered the more still I became, the more easily and effortlessly I was able to experience what was happening. And that is when it came into a focus of clarity, and it was no longer just a chaotic explosion of love, but I was able to SEE from my heart, in what was like "emotional clarity" what was no longer some crazy explosion of love, but I now recognized this personality of what was thee most absolutely dynamic, well-defined presence of a BEING that had the most amazing and unmistakable character nature. That is to say, this was not just some kind of formless presence that could have been interpreted as anything or anyone. No no... There was no mistaken the very defined and unique qualities that made this being so cool. Such as being totally male, and like I was meeting my long lost best friend ever, of whom I had somehow forgotten. But he certainly hadn't forgotten me! Not only that but his love seem to reach into the deepest regions of my soul, and instantly awakened the person in me that I had been searching for all my life! I was suddenly experiencing a level of joy and feeling alive beyond anything ever before, with the most fun loving, charismatic and delightful company beyond words. This took place at about 1:30A.M. or so in the morning, 14 hours after they cut me off all the narcotics, and prior to this surprise miracle experience I was wishing I had died, and in my own personal hell. But now I was in a state of heavenly ecstasy hanging out in the state of wordless yet complete spiritual communication and connection. I identified this being as Christ. It was like you look up at the sky, and you recognize quite simply that it is blue. Although this presence was nothing remotely close to my preconceived ideas of what Christ was like and all my old preconceived images of what he was like were just blown away, instantly. If were in a dark room and you were convinced that the carpet a light green, and you were quite certain of it. That is until someone turns on the light switch, and you instantly see that you were totally wrong. The carpet is purple. Case closed. I'm a very scientific mind who likes to keep a skeptical balanced non-bias interpretation of things. But sometimes certain facts are simply clear. Then there came a point during this experience that was equally surprising. During what was probably at least 10 minutes I had been so caught up in wonderful amazement and the spiritual communication that was taking place, until I suddenly recognize that because I had been in a state of effortless inner-stillness to the extent that my lungs were practically empty, and I hadn't taken in a single breath of air for what had been at least 5 to 10 minutes! I immediately came to recognize that his love that had reached into me and awakened me to my inner being, was at the same time filling me & meeting every need in my entire being, even to the the extent of oxygen itself! This caused me to giggle inside, like a little kid who had just stumbled onto the secret of everything! 😂 And I will never forget how he shimmered and laughed delightfully right along with me! ✨ This was beyond cool. He was beyond cool. Around 6 months later after I had already told many people about my experience, I was telling a lady about it, and she suddenly asked me the question: "How did the experience end?" To my surprise, I had never even asked myself that question or thought about it before? But now after pondering it, I replied back saying "You know, I really don't remember!?" I've never been able to remember. Ever since this experience, I started coming to a level of awareness and recognition of the Mind/Body connection, and how it is truly probably the most important side of true healing. That was when I started learning how to get over what doctors had initially told me was probably one of the most severe cases of Crohn's disease they had ever seen. During this time of learning and healing I stumbled onto what I eventually came to understand to be basically the same transcendental state of conscious-awareness that other people reach via "The Transcendental Meditation Technique" However, I would really be delighted to learn from a license certified teacher of the patented TM method. There's more I would love to share. I also very much love good vocal conversation with like-minded people who also enjoy stimulating conversational adventures through deep unexplored forests of fascination and fun. I've developed a simple formula for conversation that can last hours and leaves both people feeling even more energized and stimulated than before.

I've been doing IV ketamine treatments for depression. This is describing the literal experiences that I've had in that space that transcends everything I've experienced here. It's like a wild sense of dejavu. This is a meat suit that does inhabit space in a structured ruleset that is out universe, but what the universe is in comparison with what feels like such a stronger sense of reality that consciousness here feels like the dream, and where you go once your mind is freed from your physical form is such a profound and amazing view into a fragment of all that there really is isn't terrifying - it's actually something that makes me grateful to be able to see this snippet of what is out there, and curious about whatever the next phase of the journey looks like when my bode eventually gives out. Time indeed feels like an illusion. And that's ok. I'm just an observer who's had a glimpse enough of what is out there to just enjoy the ride and seeing where it takes me - whatever the hell I am, but this.. This isn't it. This isn't even a tiny fragment. Psychedelic treatments didn't "cure" my depression. It gave me a glimpse of a different perspective to view this life from. Things feel both new and amazing as well as part of a cycle that's gone on countless times. I've either lost my mind, or been given the gift of a glimpse of reality. I just needed something to dissociate me from my biology and chemistry for long enough to not be taken up in the minutia of day to day life. And it's amazing. It's hard to get up and go to work with this lingering in the back of my mind, but hey, it's part of the rule set of this existence. I just don't feel weighed down by it anymore.

Really moved by your comment. I've been looking into ketamine therapy as I've been known to have huge debilitating panic attacks about death and existence. I wonder if a psyched route would help with it
@cf696 Жыл бұрын
@@yokaijem My only suggestion would be to enter into it with an open mind if you do get it. The dissociation can be really startling the first time you experience it. The thing to keep in mind is that it's over quickly, and your perception of time kind of goes away anyway. For me, I just see myself and situations completely detached from the emotions that run along with things. It has helped me to understand my own behaviors, what triggers me, and overall, I've next to no anxiety on top of relief from the depression. It helps with physical pain as well. I have an extremely painful muscle disease and when in a treatment, that pain melts away in about 7-8 minutes from the beginning of the session. Ketamine treatments have you come out of that dissociative state very quickly. In my case, a couple of minutes. The nasal spray left me a little off balance for a short while, but the IV ketamine (different composition of the chemical) wears off immediately. You are typically in the dissociative state for anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes, but it's such a sharp step away from whatever anxiety you may have had going in that you just sit back and observe without emotions weighing you down. If you want more info on what it's like from a patient perspective, please feel free to reach out. Best of luck, stranger.

I don't think we will ever crack the hard problem of consciousness. Call me pessimistic but I think there are equally hard limits to our understanding of reality. Imagine a conscious entity in a game like minecraft or GTA, would they ever be able to fully understand their context in the greater, "real" world? Using only the framework of the game, a supposedly conscious character could never learn about what a real-life video game console is, where they came from, etc. That is, unless someone from "the outside" communicates that reality to them.

This theory is overwhelming. What is having an existential crisis? An existential crisis is a term used to describe a period in life when you start questioning the very fabric of existence. It's when your daily routine suddenly feels like it's lost all meaning, and there's a nagging feeling that there should be more to life than what you currently have. You can break away from this, by walking away from whatever is causing your existential crisis. It’s a theory, based on a small amount of evidence. Nothing more, nothing less. I came to the realisation some years ago that everything meaningful in life ultimately distills to the abstract - something which has no material form and exists only in the mind. It led me to coin what has become my favourite dictum: perception is the whole of the life experience. I wonder whether this fits with what you're saying here.

Having spent three hours at the library doing research, I decided to head home for lunch. On Jan. 17, 2000, at 2 pm, while crossing a river bridge in Burswood (Perth, Australia) on my bicycle, I observed a velvet-textured beige pearl covering the sun. Within the entity, there were containers in the shape of elongated, seven-pointed Koch snowflake fractal crystals immersed in a white misty light travelling in a ten o'clock direction. I later considered that the light flashes on the inner space of the crystals might be of a binary language conversion pertaining to the senses of all mortals, that is, a holographic universe.

The problem is that all scientists try to explain the phenomenon of consciousness instead of just describing it and allowing each person to explore it themselves.this guy really nails it by saying that we are limited by our mind and when we want to enter into the realm of silence, where the truth is laid in, there is a huge fear of just losing it. We gasp for thoughts and come back, but when we enter into the void, we can see what is waiting for us there…

the answer for the question "what are we really doing" can be easy: we are trying to escape. we are trying to break out of our self-built boundaries. we are trying to grow, we are trying to improve, we are trying to understand the non-understandable. wandering through time and space is the linear way we've chosen to accomplish our goals. chosing a non-linear way may be more wise, but most of us are not ready for this, yet. so, enjoy your life and find your enlightment within yourself. we all work the same. at the end we all are one. 🤗

I was able to "tap" into my subconscious once for a brief moment in my early 30s. The amount of knowledge that flowed through my mind and everything I saw and understood about myself was so scary that I've never tried it again. I felt like, for me, it was something I wasn't ready to comprehend and understand so I've never tried it again. The feeling it left was also frightening. My life isn't really that complicated and scary either. I work all day, go home, cook dinner, watch shows or play video games, golf on the weekends, and visit my family a lot but other than that I lead a pretty boring and uncomplicated life so It was quite scary what I saw and felt after meeting my sub-conscious. That's definitely a no thanks for me to try again. Because no one really knows what consciousness actually is, it's open to so many interpretations. I can't say I 100% agree with this gentleman's explanation of consciousness but it's definitely something to take into consideration because, at this point, anything is truly possible. I don't feel like this is any kind of simulation. We definitely have a purpose and a reason here and that can be discovered by sitting down and enjoying a good afternoon of NDE encounters on the YT channel "Strange Stories." Cheers.

More recently, every now and then I get like a white light that goes extremely quickly below my left eye, like I have just scanned something. Fascinating for sure. The body is a vessel for the soul. Life as we know it, on earth, is but a short passage of time. And we are given freedom in actions, we make decisions but ultimately we are not in control. Life and Death comes to us in a time not chosen by us. We are and always be limited. We know enough to question and find answers, to find the truth, to reflect, to observe and understand all the signs around us that call us to God. We choose to respond. A Muslim.

It's amazing how there's still people out there asleep enough to think ANY of this applies to them if they aren't even conscious about this ridiculous ego vs soul fight we first have to go thru. You see these people trying to get rich and accumulate physical material thinking they can use a concept that refuses absolutely all material world. its fascinating how the Ego works. It's never smarter or weaker than the soul it occupies. I feel blessed I was able to open my eyes at a young age, even if it took so much pain and suffering, most of it if not all, self-inflicted subconsciously. It is only when you truly give up on playing their game, this rat race, that you are able to be conscious about what's truly going on. And it is only then, that you can begin your journey, your ascension (that starts with a big, big depression called the darkness of the soul), towards true illumination, an extremely long journey if you are still affected by the concept of time. We know it's do-able. It's been done before. Absolutely all "prophets" of this known civilisation have had the same experiences. The same words. The same problems, The same age... The same exchanges with whom they then call their creator. I think they just had so much misery they hacked the system, it's the #1 technique used by all hackers/thiefs/mentalists accross our known civilisation. If there is a strength, there is a weakness, if there is a weakness, if time is of no matter, it's an open door that will ultimately crumble, therefor it is already. It's when that pain feels so deep, so real, that you get these glimpses of what seems more real, than real. And then suddenly... the program stops and the holy spirit appears to you. You won't even remember it most of the time. You'll just wake up, robotic. But, different. And then something nice will happen to you. For a while... only to find yourself, later on, still stuck in the game. I think the fact absolutely 100% of governments globally do not let people control their own death or births is a scary and obvious peripheral. This is a controlled simulation and every time something goes in another direction than the intended one, something happens that influences it, in-time, exactly where they want it. Obviously if we are able to mentally challenge such a program it is not perfect, so I refuse the idea of the holy creator. I think we're just hi-jacking human mammals as cocoons for our souls, this entire simulation is to teach us love as ONE, because once that 4th dimension kicks in, time and space does not exist there for we have to accept everything else, everybody else, as ourselves, or we will not be able to join that world and that will truly be it.. Just when the caterpillar thought it was dying, did it became a butterfly. But if that caterpillar refused to accept her end, and did not build her cocoon, she went back to dust.

I don't smoke but whoever did was close enough to my apartment for the smell to leak in. How can our sense of smell be simulated? That's why I have a hard time with this theory. If I had observed the weed being smoked then you may could say my fake brain conjured the smell, but I didn't observe it, therefore I didn't know it was there but my supposed fake nose picked up the smell. Seems that I remember reading somewhere " As a man thinks in his heart!" So...we are all right. Your belief is the culmination of everything that you have experienced and learned in your life...so therefore you are right...for you. I have seen the reality concept that Hoffman talks about in this video for myself in a "near death experience". Didn't understand it for many years but finally figued it out. There are those nay sayers that will poo poo the NDEs. But it was real for me. It set me on a lifelong quest to understand what I saw and Knew at that time. Life is an experience. "God" is far beyond anything we as humans can even begin to conceive. Any human conception of God is man made and therefore is right for you. But may not be right for me or someone else. Enjoy life and let others enjoy theirs. It is not for me to impose my beliefs on anyone else...but we can discuss it. Be of good cheer and peace be in your life!!!

People used to take lsd in the 1970s to free their mind. However, there seems to be a strong polarity in our Consciousness between what we experience in our headset and what is actually real. I experienced reality without drugs or external stimuli. In my reality, I made myself disabled with a terrible disease thanks to my depression and suppressed rage. During a terrible crisis because I did not have the courage to slash my wrists, I prayed the Divinity to help me, I was truly desperate and bed ridden for years. Suddenly, I felt my soul being ripped from my body and I was a sparkle of Consciousness in a white luminescent room. I felt terrified! When I returned to my body, I gradually became aware that everything is made of energy and it is our Consciousness to create reality. My depression which was actually made of a loop of negative thought patterns, caused my disease and the fact that everybody was angry, violent and rude was because of my anger though I didn't express it but it was there. I started calming myself down, trying to look at the positive side of everything. When I catch myself thinking about past negative experiences with people prior to my depression, I bless them, forgive them and let go. Sometimes, I have to repeat this process again and again because the mind tries to lead the being but the real being cannot be controlled, it simply is. May you all awake and be blessed!

We perceive the reality and give names from our existing memory. I do agree that there is a super intelligence working in our body, brain with neurons, to perceive the reality, the way it perceives as we all know But I do have the question that whether the external world is is same as similar to how we perceive it (or) external world and our perception are different and need not be same ie green colour is perceived as green Or In reality, apart from our senses, on individual basis, that might be different appearance with or without colour What I mean to ask is just because we wear (say) red coloured specs, entire world looks red. That doesn’t mean all are red in reality. Similarly, as sense organs, brain as instruments similar to red specs, we perceive the reality which I doubt whether the reality would be similar to how we perceive. Reality we perceive purely depends on our nature of facilities we have in body. What would if we raise the neurons and adjust neural network in brain, red coloured objects changes to some other colour ????

This is great! The illusion of a world out there and a me in here is what makes us suffer. It creates a sense of being inadequate and vulnerable. There’s a drive to acknowledge wholeness, yet the wholeness we all seek cannot he understood by a limited mind that is a creation within the wholeness. The ultimate reality is that there is no person. The sense of being a person is a convincing illusion, and is itself an effect created within the wholeness. The person wants liberation- the cosmic joke and paradox of which is that there is no person to be liberated from. You can’t get rid of an illusion. The illusion may crumble and fall apart but there’s nobody there to make that happen! It just happens. Any effort to make it happen is within thinking, and it perpetuates the illusion Clips like this can open a doorway to liberation. Thank you!
