Yes and no. I would go along with which restaurants give you the most trouble. If the trip goes smooth it may be better to take it even at a loss for ratings. High ratings give you priority. Use By Time so you can usually make money no matter what happens. The further away, the more money per mile you make. Then during promotions you can abuse your high acceptance rating and get priority on the high tippers.

@@GigDriveNThrive based on what? The vast majority of gig workers only do it part time. There's little reason for the 9-5er who does DoorDash at night to sign up for catering apps when they're at work. Also, most apps aren't onboarding new workers right now. No Tip No Trip is an apt and proper mantra.

If your not gonna tip just grab your food from the kitchen like everyone else on the planet does. IDGAF if a waitress or waiter only maks low pay. Finds a better paying job or improve your skillset. In no way am I ever going to fund your life and bills. Thats your employers job. Mine is to pay the restaurant for the food i just ate. IDGAF if i have to get it myself buffet style or not.

I only am going to tip if youre fast. If I get hot fries, you might get a tip. If I like your personality. But, I'm not going to tip you just cause you accepted a job. I'm sorry if your employer doesn't you, that is total bs. I shouldn't need to tip on already overpriced food to get a delivery, when I paid a delivery fee. The delivery fee should go almost completely to the driver with things like door dash. You should be entitled to a high percentage (due to being the only real workers) of the fee.
