I don't know why they didn't just promote Ranvir to the main presenter, no wonder she left shortly after. And we went on to lose so many great presenters from there who either left the BBC completely or were incorporated into national tele once the beeb moved to Salford; Kate Simm, Jane McCubbin, Tony Livesey...
