It’s because she’s Canadian - if you were from here, you would get it. I love my American friends, but they’ve been duped, over and over by the politicians who tell them what life ‘should be’ - riches and ego and freedom and success at any cost. Canada cares for Canadians and other people around the world… not perfectly, but the ideal is there. But this is about Pamela right now. Beautiful with or without makeup. Obviously smart, kind and gracious. I wouldn’t ordinarily see a movie like this in the theater, but I might make it a date night!

@msrrf114 күн бұрын
Yes! Particularly on the articulate part. Vogue, or similar, had a little interview of her on KZbin a while back, and I complimented her speaking, which was surprisingly devoid of the usual “uh” and “um”s that most of us use. Well that apparently triggered a bunch of people to defensively proclaim there’s nothing wrong with “ums” in speech (I never said there was), and then say it was a bunch of video editing to make her sound that articulate. Well here she is in a candid interview sounding very well spoken, and if there’s editing it’s a damn long segment to be piecing together. Good for her, for everything in general, and I wish her all the best.
