Get rid of the cardboard divider as it scratches the nubuck or rubs on the nubuck and causes it to become shiny. Try a half size and a full size down. I have a narrower foot, so I go either half size or a full size(full size to wear unlaced without the back of the boot rubbing on the back of my foot) The black laces make the boot imo but thats just me.

Yeah when I was in highschool I wore 11"s, I think the Tim's were like a 10, but yeah I got some black regular Tims a couple years ago in like some 9 and a half s which is still pretty comfortable too though.😕🙂🤓😎🤠😏👍✌️👋👏💪🌾🍀🌿🍃🇺🇸
