Basically I took Mtume - Juicy (instrumental) and cut it up in Sony Acid Pro 6.0, and remastered it to become the Notorious BIG - Juicy (instrumental). I think its pretty good (beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that...). Please comment and let me know what you think! BTW, I plan to put a Biggie - Juicy acapella over this. Not really a point to it as i'm just recreating an awesome song, but for myself I just wanna see how it turns out. Watch this space...

the hook, although not always, is usually the chorus of a song. Or better yet the "catchiest" part of the song. usually they are accompanied by other voices, so when you do an instrumental, you may take away the lead voice track and leave the hook track... or if you are lucky enough to find a stem file with all tracks, you remove the lead voice and the hook tracks.
