My shoes literally fell apart in a week, second pair I got I had two literal different sized shoes. Third pair I got had this absolutely repugnant smell to them that wouldn't go away. Customer service non existent, ridiculous pricing and shipping for bad quality. I've since put all three in the trash, exactly where the company belongs.

I'm so sorry you had this ridiculous issue with NL. I have been a loyal customer to them, but this makes me say NO MORE. I had bought two different collab shoes from other companies and neither would fit me. Same size as my usual NL shoes, which was strange. NL told me that when that have to print on the cloth area of the shoe, it can "shrink" the shoes. I couldn't even get my foot through the mouth of the shoe! This moldy issue freaks the hell out of me. I have a friend who has dealt with permanent brain issues from being poisoned by mold. Anyways, good for you, and I will happily switch over to your shoes. 👍

I’ve personally never had a problem with them myself. But almost everyone I know who uses their products have had some form of issue big or small with them. They’re sumo sole Gen 2 has always been my favorite but there is no reason they should be pushing $70-80 for slippers I’ve been in love with the very first 1hund 1s y’all released even with the minor issues with the adhesive and I’m glad you guys have been taking all the critiques and improving future models

Fortino actually talked about it in a instagram live and I think it's still posted on there. But he called them out being BAD business partners. My guess is they haven't been paying their athletes based on their affiliate sales.

I ordered the my first pair from them a couple months back and not even two sessions in and somewhat the material of shoe started showing signs of weakness. I kid you not you could see a line of glue around that keeps the shoes together beginning to tear up and don’t get me started on the soles of the shoe man…they became slippery not even a half month in. Such a bad quality shoe for an absurd price.

Every company makes mistakes and has issues even big companies like Nike as I’ve experienced. But they’ve made it right and fixed it and do respond to my emails. Seems like the people who’ve had issues come to the same place and make them look very bad . How many times has a restaurant made a mistake and everyone still goes back?

Those shoes were sourced cheaply from many of China's Alibaba wholesale dealers. Many of them are offering the same cheap ass generic design without any regard for quality control as long as you purchase in bulk.
